Visual Notes 007
Flowers at home, 2020.
Since my son was born, I have been photographing at home more often. Then I remembered another time like this.
It was 2020, when we could hardly leave the house. Looking back, it is hard to believe the world was like that.
I bought flowers at a nearby supermarket. I had never bought flowers before. Baby’s breath, dahlias, spray roses, roses. I also learned for the first time that cherry blossoms could be bought by the branch.
I bought vases that seemed right for them, and spent whole days in my room photographing the flowers. Whatever the situation, I end up taking photographs.
Six years have passed, and I am photographing at home again. This time, the subject is not flowers.
Visual Notes is a series that will run alongside my regular posts—more photographs, fewer words.

Sooo wunderbare Aufnahmen 🥰
